Hello everybody!

I'm Hjaltti Ironbeard from Finland. I happened to notice that you now have a chance to learn ancient warrior combat skills under David's tutelage. Let me
tell you that you are lucky. David is a great teacher and he really can boost your performance. He trained us for the Hastings 2006 battle. And I might modestly say that we did fill all the expectations thanks to David’s teaching.

We (Wolves of Faravid) truly enjoy both training those ancient skills and getting in shape. But the real bonus is getting inside history, to be able to understand from ones own experience why certain weapons were used and how the people lived in those days etc.

After Hastings 2006 I also began to understand how it felt to stand still waiting for the attacking force to come to you; to taste the fear in your mouth before the clash of arms - to feel the exultation when you survived and could fight back. Those are incredible memories!

Thank you David for them.
